Maxim Projects Limited is owned and managed by Roy Hamilton and Logan Townsend.

Roy Hamilton, Managing Director

B.E.(Civil), MIPENZ, CPEng, Int PE.

Roy has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, initially working as a consulting engineer and project manager with the BECA Group, then with the Davis Ogilvie Group of companies and now as the Managing Director of his own Maxim Group of companies. Roy's broad experience includes civil and structural engineering, land development, project management and, business startups to managing teams and negotiating M&A agreements.

Throughout his career he has focussed on passion, energy, efficiency, strategy and action - this has always been tempered with absolute respect and trust for the people he works with and who have worked for him. He has a philosophy that systems are only frameworks for people to create great outcomes - without the people there are no outcomes.

 

Logan Townsend, Director

Logan has over 20 years experience in the construction industry, working as both a trade qualified builder, project manager and running his own business working in areas around residential housing, comercial and civil projects, before forming the BuildConnect company and joining forces with Roy in Maxim Projects.

Logan has a strong focus on developing industry and corporate relationships along with the goal of achieving positive outcomes for customers on every project.
